Family Constellations.png

This workshop is an introduction to Family Constellations, a group-based healing modality that works on present day issues through the rubric of ancestral trauma. With roots in psychodrama, group therapy, NLP, family therapy, and Zulu ancestral work, a session of Constellations entails participants representing various ancestral and transpersonal forces to help resolve the kinds of ancestral pains or entanglements that can hold us back in the present. This workshop is mostly practice based, but will include (very) short lectures and QAs to orient participants to the method. Each session will include 2-3 Constellations and all workshop participants will have the opportunity both to develop their representation skills and receive a Constellation.
