First and foremost we are a space for soul work.

The Kundalini Yoga tradition offers time honored tools to support awakening and we bow in gratitude to the golden chain of teachers. We are a Yoga Shala, a house for Kriyas and Asanas and Meditation, but we are also more broadly a school for connection to the divine.  We find our pedagogical inspiration from movements and traditions that liberate.  We include in our lineage, the Bauhaus and Black Mountain Schools, the Beats and Highlander Folk School, dharmic academies and artistic schools.  Our soul lineage includes Gurus and sages, poets and painters, activists and musicians.  We have reverence for the ascended masters and illuminated ones, but our message is clear.  FIND THE TEACHER WITHIN.
