A curanderx of the soul’s purpose is to show each participant the healing that is native to their soul. In these 4 weeks along with platicas, sound, movement, drum, and talking circle we will retrieve the hidden treasures that lay in the heart of darkness.
Each week we will explore a core theme that is ensoul in an element. In tiempo de la tierra we will center our inquiries around what type of curanderx are you? The legacy, history and tradition of the river under the river and our relation to wild water.
In tiempo del agua, we will talk about plant allies, spirit allies, purification rituals, mal de ojo, we will learn how to tend our inner garden.
In tiempo del fuego, we will bring our ancestors to commune with us; we will create descansos and hear about the teaching of La Bruma.
As we greet the medicine that is native to us, in tiempo del aire, we become more ready to service the world in all her manifestations, we learn how to cleanse ourselves and others.
Each tiempo will have a curanderx teaching/platica, a practicum, a moving meditation, a drum journey and a closing sharing circle.
Each session will give the participants activities to do at home and share the following session.
